Our Christmas Menu is available from 1st December to Christmas Eve.

Crayfish, puy lentil and chervil velouté
 
Winter salad of mustard cress with Wensleydale cheese, pears, roast hazelnuts with créme fraiche & honey dressing
 
Pheasant, smoked bacon and chestnut terrine with orange and whisky syrup
 
Grilled Tiger prawn and avocado cocktail with Tabasco spiced bloody Mary sauce
 
 
 
 

Roast Little Cornard turkey with cranberries, bread sauce, thyme stuffing, parsnip chips and fondant potato

Braised Sudbury beef with seared foie gras, Scottish girolles, parsley and horseradish mash, savoy cabbage and Bordeaux jelly

Roast pumpkin, leek and goat’s cheese roulade with roast baby leeks, apple and sage butter

Monkfish, mussel and saffron paella with Valencia rice, coriander oil, baby spinach and lemon aioli

 

 

Poached William’s pear with vanilla and marsala sabayon

Bitter chocolate and sweet chestnut gateau

Homemade mince pies with brandy cream

English and French cheeses with poppy seed biscuits and quince jam
